by Alisa Gafur
After reviewing all the new holiday lines that have come out, we've noticed several trends that define what's hot for the season. Here's an overview of some of the looks that will have you looking superfly for those office and family parties!
For the Neutral Woman in all of us:
We see a lot of neutral tones which can easily transitioned from day to night. A common theme, was golden or silvery highlights mixed in with these neutrals, to give a little extra something to your eyes. The accompanying look was a glossy neutral lip color for day (light pinks/plums and skin tones), which can easily be changed to a deeper rich red, wine or brown lipstick for a night look.
Suggested products:
Givenchy's Prismissime Eyes 9 Colors Eyeshadow in Tempting Chocolate ($53.00US). Gorgeous shades of brown with varying golden or bronzed highlights and Rouge Interdit ($26.50US) in Nude Shine (shimmering beige pink) and Rose Shine (shimmering rose). Too much? then go for Urban Decay's Sustainable Shadow Box ($36.00US): this eco-responsible bamboo boxed eyeshadow palette, has 10 best selling shades, with a great selection of neutral shades.
