| How to contour your face to perfection
This season skin is in baby!! Spring is all about healthy dewey skin and highlighting your lovely bone structure. I know what your thinking-what bone structure? If your like most, you probably don't have that perfectly chiseled cheekbones or defined jawlines, but that doesn't mean you can't give the illusion of it!! This is the beauty of contouring, to give structure where there may not be any. Most makeup lines have contouring pens, powders as their must have product, so here are some tips on how to use them.
To Highlight Your Cheekbones:
Suck in your cheeks and apply bronzing or contouring powder just below your cheek bones. Start from your hairline and move in towards the apple of your cheeks. You can put some blush on the apples of your cheek and blend this in together. By blending, it looks more natural and helps give the illusion of structure. We suggest using your favorite blush brush, and it should look like a wedge by the end.

To Hide A Double Chin:
Try using some contouring shade just under your jawline. Again blend this in with your foundation, so you can't see where one ends and the other begins.

To Narrow A Wide Forehead:
Just shade along the sides of your forehead
GREAT FOR:Women with round faces or large foreheads
To Narrow A Nose:
Same principal as above, just apply some contour color/bronzer along the sides of your nose to narrow it out
GREAT FOR:Women with large or wide noses
To Make Your Eyes Pop:
Shade along the crease line with the contour creme or a color darker than your normal eyeshadow. You can also apply a highlight shade to your brow bone or the inner corners of your eyes to make them sparkle
GREAT FOR:Women with deep set eyes
To Make Your Lips Stand Out:
Use a shimmer powder or a color a little lighter than your skin tone, to the centre of your lips. You can use the same principal on your eyes and dab shimmer in the middle.
