Lise Watier Eye Shine Metallic Eyeliner ($16.00).  The colors make your eyes pop, easy to apply and last all day.

Gels/Cremes:

Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner ($21.00).  Winner of various magazine and blogger awards, it's as precise as a liquid liner but has the ease of a gel based formula. Our second favorite is MAC Fluidline Gel($15.00US/$18.00CDN).  Economic but high quality, they go on easy and give an intense finish.

Liquid:

The best is easily Dior's Liquid LIners ($30.00).  Easy to use with an intense color, it's worth paying the little extra for this fab product.  Too much? Then go for Lancome Laque LIner ($25.00).  A new product from Lancome, the brush helps give defined, precise lines with a rich finish.
